First, we are Design-Builders. That means that we know the implications of our design-choices, both for utility and for cost. This helps us present more informed options for you, and invariably keeps the price down. Rather than starting in an architect’s office and only learning plausible costs months to years later, we start with informed ballparks of similarly situated homes, and price artistic designs as we go. This helps our clients hone in on their best value, and add or subtract to bring their concept to perfection.
Next, we implement procedures and methods to Optimize our business and production of our homes. Our sister business is Garden State Modular Homes, a company that aims to deliver top value through off-site construction of major elements of the home. While modular construction is a major tool in our possession, we have applied many lessons from modular to create our Streamlined Stick-Frame Process and bring savings to the world of traditional construction. By methodical planning of the design, utilization of an early selection process (aided by 3d modeling and expert advice), and careful control of material purchasing and the production schedule, Garden State Custom Homes has gained the unique ability to produce traditionally framed homes that often approach or exceed the savings of modular construction, in similar timeframes. This means that custom elements that might be difficult in Modular Homes, like deep, large-span trusses, or hard-to-reach locations, can benefit from our similar methodology with on-site construction.
In addition, as a reputable Coastal Builder working in the Lavallette area for more than a decade, you can count on us to help decide when an upgrade will add real value to the project, or when simple is better. Further, our adherence to accurate budgeting and fast-ballparking help our clients compare options, and make the right decisions for their family.
